Guest guest
Oh yes I agree. Wonder if I could do this with rutabagas. They are so hard and take a long while too cook. Guest guest
You know, just this weekend, my wife wondered aloud why other root vegetables besides potatoes and sweet potatoes don't get turned into fries. And our farm co-op gave us turnips this week. So what a happy discovery this recipe is for me! Thanks, and I'll probably be trying it tonight! Blessed be, Jayelle PS--I like that they're actually baked already. It's always a challenge for me to maintain my cholesterol level this time of year.
