Guest guest Posted December 8, 2008 Report Share Posted December 8, 2008 Sautéed Chinese Broccoli 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 garlic clove, minced 2 packed cips 2-inch pieces Chinese broccoli 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. black pepper Heat oil in medium non-stick skillet. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute. Rinse broccoli under cold water. Do not pat dry. Add broccoli to skillet and sauté over high heat 5 minutes, stirring until limp. Add soy sauce.
