Guest guest Posted December 9, 2008 Report Share Posted December 9, 2008 I'm going to be trying it later today, i'll let ya know... i have no idea why the sweet adzuki beans and the veggies came to mind... i read recipes all day, and I'm always trying to come up with something 'new'... i'm a wannabe chef, and I love to experiment... when you have time, try the pate a choux recipe, they are reallllly good, i've been sneaking a bite all day, and my blood sugar meter is smoking but it's not too bad I also thought of sweet potatoes, but I don't know what to mix with them... next weekend, I'm going to make just a simple chocolate soy ganache (i'm not sure if i spelled that right - thick soy milk and dark chocolate whipped together) and a chocolate coconut glaze, and I'm going to try some stevia to minimize the calories and overall glycemic index and the savory idea just came to me... i'm not a chef by any means, but i have a blast trying I'm really looking forward to meeting my new local vegan and vegetarian friends --- On Tue, 12/9/08, wwjd <jtwigg wrote: You're having a lot of fun in the kitchen.
