Guest guest
Just listened to a podcast that was quite interesting about how to make a whipped cream subsitute. Place non-fat yogurt in a strainer in your fridge over night to drain. Then to the yogurt add honey and if you want vanilla or almond extract can be added lemon zest can be added as well if you desire. Have not tried this out. If anyone does let me know if its worth while DD
Guest guest
Sounds like a sweetened yogurt cheese to me. I used to make something similar to put on bagels or toast. Sometimes we used agave nectar, sometimes brown sugar and cinnamon and other times we'd put in more savory herbs or seasonings.
