Sheyen Does anyone use artificial sweeteners?

I get Stevia at my local chain Publix, and at Target Super Store.  It is

becoming way more main stream.  Keep and eye out for it.  It is worth it, plus,

you can buy it on Amazon, too.  No excuses now LOL (coming from the queen of

late night eating)

I admit it, Im guilty.  I grew up on aspertame/sweet' n'low and so now I guess

you could say Im addicted to it.  I only drink diet sodas.  Don't like the

oversweetness of regular ones.  I have tried splenda off and on over the past

five years, and only in the past year have I gotten to where I can stand it.  I

don't have any health/food stores around here, so would be big time expensive to

try and find stevia and the other stuff.  So I'm happy with my chemical filled

stuff....... .guiltily said........ .
