I think it would be wonderful in chili - one of my favorite quick chili recipes

is simply tomato, corn, vegetable broth, beans, onion, a little tomato juice,

spices (the usual chili powder, cumin, etc.) and as gross as it might sound, a

litttle dash of good dark chocolate and peanut butter (you can't really taste it

much)... so i bet hominy would work very well in chili

Just remember that Cincinnati Chili has cinnamon and cocoa in it!!!
