Guest guest
I think it would be wonderful in chili - one of my favorite quick chili recipes is simply tomato, corn, vegetable broth, beans, onion, a little tomato juice, spices (the usual chili powder, cumin, etc.) and as gross as it might sound, a litttle dash of good dark chocolate and peanut butter (you can't really taste it much)... so i bet hominy would work very well in chili --- On Wed, 12/10/08, Marilyn Daub <mcdaub wrote: Has anyone made chili using Hominy for the meat??
