Artificial sweeteners really are very dangerous - on a molecular level, they're

not much different than modern pesticides.  People should really use their

search engine and research everything they consume (+msds +ingredient) and be

aware that in the USA, most food items, cleaning products and even supplements

are not strictly regulated for personal household use/consumption so far as

ingredients are concerned  Repeat advertising is more powerful than most think

and has much of the world believing that pre-packaged or canned/frozen dinners

are the only choices we have, right along with how bleach is so safe.  It's sad

really... sorry for being so far off topic, but it is left up to us to help

educate and be good consumer examples.

I think I'm going to try those black bean brownies that were posted, yum

Have a safe and healthy holiday all,

Pete

My neighbor was hospitalized several times. The doctors finally

found out that it was from the diet drinks which she drank. She testified before

Congress about it. I wouldn't touch any artificial sweetner.

My last comment on the sweeteners ,,a friend was ill and was questioned by

his doctor about what he had changed ..he and his wife started to drink diet

coke to help cut calories ...the doctor said that that stuff sits around and

it's chemical make up changes especially if it is sitting in the sun...like

they display it in the store windows....anyway that is what was making him

sick..
