Look in the pasta folder, there re a bunch of great lasaga recipes.

The salad folder too.

I agree. Take a look through the appetizer area. There are tins of dips.

Pasta salad recipes in out recipe file are delicious. We have thousands of

recipes from our members in there.

Look in the chili folder. You can make one of those and take it in the

crockpot.

This is one of my favourite recipes from the files. In fact, it has been

requested that I take it to DHs family Christmas party where there will be only

1 other vegetarians. I had to guard it from the meat eaters so I could have

some left for me.

I'm sorry that I don't remember who gave it to us.

Asian Meatballs

2 pounds vegetarian burger

1 cup dry bread crumbs

3/4 cup milk

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

2 eggs

2 tsp. Salt

1 tbsp. Oil

3 cloves garlic

3/4 cup ketchup

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce (sodium reduced)

Preheat oven to 450.

Put vegetarian burger in a bowl and break up. Mix together the bread

crumbs, onion, milk, eggs, and salt.

Shape meatballs into little balls (one inch maximum). Place in

Single layer on a jelly roll pan and bake about 10-12 minutes. Drain. (I use

Yves ground round and there's no fat to drain)

Add oil to saucepan and sauté garlic until soft. Add the ketchup, honey and soy

sauce. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer

about ten minutes. Add the meatballs to your sauce, bring back to a boil and

simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes, until sauce glazes meatballs. Stir sauce

and meatballs occasionally so they don't stick.

We have a potluck party every year. The things I have made are:

Black Bean Sweet Potato Chili

Tofu Dip from Hell

Chocolate Tofu Pie (This year)

Veggie Pizza

Taco Dip with the crumbles

And many other dips.

Hope this helps.

Irene,

I may have never posted it to the group. I will go home tonight and

try to find it for you. I wish I could remember how to make it by

memory, but no luck there. I do know that is was very easy to make

and everyone that tried it liked it.

Macaroni and cheese, refried bean dip, some kind of chili, a pasta salad,

veggie pasta, veggie lasagna.

That is all I can think of for now.

Check out the recipe files there are tons of things in there.
