Instant gourmet hot chocolate

I made a good batch of this with the pure chocolate I had mentioned earlier. I

plan on

making another batch and taking for sharing during holiday meals.

 

A cool weather warmer upper. Very satisfying deep chocolate taste, not too

sweet.

 

8 oz broken pure unsweetened chocolate tablet

1 cup sugar

1 3/4 cups instant skim milk (one could make it vegan using instant soy milk

instead)

1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

 

Grind in food processor until it forms a powder (this took a while). This makes

a couple of

cups (several servings)

 

Add 2 -3 tbsp to a cup and add boiling water. Stir until dissolved. I used 2

tbsp for one cup

hot water. You can also use hot milk instead of water.
