Guest guest
thank you for these paneer recipies, they look fantastic - i can't decide which one to try first! i started to make my own paneer a few years ago and it is amazing how easy and quick it is to make - and it tastes so much better as well. i always find it amazing the quanity of milk needed and the amount of paneer made. could you please tell me what 'beaten curd' is? Guest guest
Beaten curd means you have to beat the plain yogurt. Or you can use a grinder to beat the curd (yogurt). Simply put the desired quantity of yogurt in the grinder, switch it on for 2min e voila! your beaten curd (yogurt) is ready. CURD means Yogurt.
