Audrey Egg Drop Soup for 1

Yu really have no idea how most Chinese food isn't vegetarian at

all. They use chicken broth in stir fried veggies and vegetable

fried rice and the egg drop soup is also or it's loaded with <SG.

Better to make your own and enjoy it at home.

I rarely if ever order food out.

The only things I get from Chinese restaurants is steamed veggies with tofu

and brown rice.
