Guest guest Posted April 23, 2009 Report Share Posted April 23, 2009 Ginger Cranberry-Raspberry Sauce 1 10 to 12 oz. bag fresh cranberries 3/4 cup raspberry jam 3/4 teaspoon freshly grated ginger In a pot over moderate heat, mix cranberries, jam, ginger and 1 cup water. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries have popped and sauce has thickened. Yields 10 servings.
