Finding Braggs

WE looked high and low in our market for it with no luck. Then we made the trip

to Whole Foods and yes indeedy it was there. I sure do love that store.

Regarding Braggs...someone told me that it has a naturally occuring substance

that mimics MSG, causing similiar side effects. Has anyone experienced this?

Being sensitive to MSG is an issue for my family and I am a bit nervous abouting

using the product.

Another thing if you are not sure about how well it tastes.

Go to http://www.bragg.com/ and order a free sample.

They send the sample and a nice newsletter plus lots of other info.

Was not expecting all the stuff they sent.

Still have not tried it so can not give my opinion.

That is the main reason I am not trying it yet.

MSG causes me issues also.

Since going high raw I have to be very careful what I put in my body.
