You could try a naked cutlet first (for less time, obviously!), that way if

it doesn't turn out, you're only wasting a little bit of really, really,

good food... :)

I'm very experienced in clay pot cpooking. Thaw the roast in the fridge and

cook as usual just cut the veggies in small pieces because the roast will cook

in less time. About 35 minutes.
