Cream of Lettuce Soup this is very good.

This isn't my recipe but I have made lettuce soup years ago and have no idea

where my recipe is.  I loved it.  not a heavy soup, kind of like asparagus or

watescress soup.

Thank you for the recipe. What kind of lettuce do you use? Iceberg?
