Hi

I am posting a cake recipe. This is prepared without egg. I hope you will like

it.

Chocolate Party Cake Ingredients

2 cups condensed milk or

milk powder

1 ½ cup refined flour

1 cup butter

½ cup sugar

4 tsp chocolate powder

2 tsp cocoa

1 tsp chocolate essence

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp baking soda

1 pinch salt

1 thums up or coca colafor icing

400 g cream

100 g icing sugarfor decoration

2 tbsp jam

2 pepper corns

1 chocolate

 ::: for 8/80 minMethod:

Sift refined flour, baking powder and soda twice or thrice. Beat butter and

sugar. Mix the flour, condensed milk and essence. Beat thoroughly, keep adding

thums up or coca cola. When the mixture becomes fluffy add chocolate powder and

cocoa. Beat it again so that it is well mixed. Grease baking tray and dust it

with refined flour. Pour the cake mixture into it. Bake in a pre-heated oven at

180

Keep the cream on ice and beat it. Add icing sugar. Keep the cake on any wire

container and pour the icing mixture, smearing the top evenly. Beat jam lightly.

Grate the chocolate. Insert the pepper corns in the cake to make eyes and do the

nose, mouth and eyelashes with jam and decorate with chocolate.
