I am in the same situation, but we do not consider it a problem. My partner has no desire to become a vegatarian and I have no desire to talk anyone into anything....since one's choice of food is a very personal issue. All the food we make in the kitchen is veggie, if he wants other food, he will grill something for himself, of go out and get a burger. We did make this agreement before moving in together, so we are both OK with this compromise. He does buy a lot of the meat analogs, so I cook a lot more with 'make believe' meat and chicken than I ever did. This is pretty new to me, since I have been meatless for over 25 years and I do not even remember what meat tastes like. Back then, the 'meat analogs' on the market were really awful. In any case, it all seems to work out, and it has been 3 years already. Even though he has no intention of being veggie, he does eat a lot of veggies by default, so he gets the health benefits as well.
