Curtido Cabbage recipe Review

I made this Tuesday evening along with El Salvadoran pupusas - yum!!

I have never liked coleslaw but this cabbage salad is excellent. It was the

first time I made pupusas and we enjoyed them too. I used Lightlife taco filling

and veggie shreds 'cheese' in the pupusas.

Now, I will hit send with crossed fingers...my last message got lost somewhere.
