In answer to your question on a sub for white wine, just use white grape juice. It tastes close enough in recipes. I made the spinach enchilads recipe for dinner last night (sorry can't remember whose it was) It turned out delicious! Thanks for posting! It was easy to make too which is very important to me. I used low fat ricotta and sour cream and it still tasted great! Tonight I made AJ's creamy cauliflower soup...just waiting for the hubby to get home to eat it! I also came home from work to find a nice card and gift from him, which was a nice surprise. (we usually don't celebrate V-D) So, I got him a card and made dark chocolate covered strawberries and in white chocolate spelled out on them " I love you " ! Kind of messy but I can't wait till he sees it! My question is this, what can I use to substitute for white wine in recipes(like the cauliflower soup)? Thanks for the help.
