I'm just shy of Montgomery. Mamma is an Indiana farm girl though. She has

never been too fond of the south, but about 5 years or so back I caught her

saying " Ya'll " and she began using just a hint of an accent! LOL

I'm between Montgomery and Mobile. You'll have to check out the Adventist Book

Center in Montgomery. It has a wonderful Health food store in it. It is on

Atlanta Hwy, east of the mall, about 2 miles and across from Wal-mart. Look

for the Gulf States Conference of Seventh Day Adventist and the Adventist Book

Center is right there. They are closed from Friday noon - Monday morning.

They have some wonderful frozen, canned and dried meat substitutes, vegetarian

" chicken and beaf " dry powder flavorings to make gravies, broths, etc with.

They have Veganaise, TVP and loads more. Great Vegetarian cookbook section

too.

billie from Freeville NY 10 min from Cornell and Ithaca as they say (ten

square miles surrounded by reality), lovely finger lakes area.. I love

prunes I can eat all i want..they do nothing to me.....
