Guest guest
This morning, I made some oatmeal with soymilk. I sweetened it a little with some real Maple Syrup. After I filled my bowl with some cooked oatmeal, I sliced up a banana over it and sprinkled some walnuts and shelled hemp seeds and stirred it all together. It was so delicious. It had the added benefit of being cholestrol lowering from the oatmeal, high potassium from the banana and full of omega 3 fatty acids from the Hemp seeds, soy milk and the Walnuts. bananas Protects your heart Quiets a cough Strengthens bones Controls blood pressure Blocks diarrhea oats Lowers cholesterol Combats cancer Battles diabetes prevents constipation Smoothes skin walnuts Lowers cholesterol Combats cancer boosts memory Lifts mood Protects against heart disease
Guest guest
I'm about like that. And for the cholesterol reason. 1/2 C oat bran, 2 T fresh ground flax and 1 T raw sugar. I add about 1.5 C boiling water I believe. Quite yummy. Incidentally, the oat bran is the stuff in oat meal that's good for your cholesterol. I got a 25 or 50 lb bag at the health food store for a reasonable price. , " wwjd " <jtwigg wrote: > > This morning, I made some oatmeal with soymilk.
