Banana Pineapple Freeze

 

4 banana, peeled and cut into1 inch slices

1/2 cup lemon juice

1 lemon slice, peeled

1 tsp. lemon zest

2 cups pineapple chunks

1 cup lemonade concentrate

4 cups crushed ice

 

Arrange banana slices in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Freeze about 45

minutes, or until frozen. Combine with remaining ingredients, except ice, in a

blender and puree. Serve over crushed ice. Serves 8.
