Guest guest
I really don't like the taste of yogurt but I know it's so very good for you. Of course I like the one's that have all the sugar but was told recently that the probiotics are cancelled out by all that sugar. I was thinking of buying the plain organic yogurt and putting it in a blender w/ some fruit. Has anyone tried anything like this before?? I didn't see anything in the files for yogurt. Thanks! Guest guest
Yep -- that's the only way I like yogurt, putting my own fruit in it. Fresh strawberries are the best, though frozen ones are ok. Frozen bananas are good, too. Audrey S. Guest guest
That's what I do for work. Lately it's been plain yogurt with blobs of lemon curd in it but usually it's blobs of low sugar preserves or pureed fruit. I make enough for 4 days (I work 4 10s). There's a fridge at work & it works out great for breaks & lunches. Peace, Diane , " Pamela " <jadegirl2803 wrote: > > I really don't like the taste of yogurt but I know it's so very good > for you. Guest guest
I use the plain yogurt and add strawberries or blueberries. I even add it to my soy protein drinks, yummy! Roni
