You can use either TVP or you can buy the gimme lean in beef flavor or you

can try the Morning Star or Boca grounds.

I have a recipe that I would like to make vegetarian. I can't decide on

what to replace the ground b**f with. I'm thinking a bean or maybe

bean/rice combo. We don't use meat replacers. Here's the recipe:

Taco Balls

1 pd lean, raw ground b**f

1 pkg taco seasoning

1/2 cup water

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

3 cups dry biscuit mix

Combine all ingredients and shape into balls. Bake on ungreased cookie

sheet in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until browned.

Should make approximately 40 balls.
