Guest guest
Hi Linda! I think I may have to try a water bath at some point if I don't have any luck with just cooling it in the oven. I've got some 10 or 12-oz. ramekins that I think I will make little cheesecakes in, to experiment. Of course, with my luck, the small ones will turn out perfect and then the next time I make a big one, it will flop! German chocolate cheesecake?? Is that recipe in the files?? I want it!! Your dad is lucky to have a daughter like you, baking him whatever he wants and making him as happy as you can. Audrey S.
