For the past 20 years, I have intermittantly explored becoming a vegetarian. Vegetarianism interests for many reasons, and having never succeeded in making the commitment, thought I would join your group. The good news is that I love legumes, but my hope is that I will lose my fear of tofu and TVP, and maybe give Quorn a chance. I look forward to learning and contributing. Sincerely, Joanne
Guest guest
I'm a pretty new vegetarian (about a year), and I love Quorn. The naked chik'n cutlets are the best, I use them in casserole recipes in place of chicken, shred and put taco seasoning on them, use them in pot pie, etc. The grounds are good, too -- I think they have a firmer texture than soy, which is softer than ground beef.
