Textured or texturized vegetable protein (TVP)

Well, it had to happen.

Victory, (my Wife and long time Vegan) brought a plastic bag back from

the store, Textured Vegetable Protein...With a great big grin on her

face...

So, Gang, looks like I will be looking through the files for TVP Recipes.

Happy to report that I have tried the nutritional Yeast that Donna

speaks so highly of, and yes, it does go well on top of the Pasta with

Tomato sauce...I tried it on a few roasted Brussels Sprouts, Yum-it-up!

Anyway, I will look back on 2008 as the year that I found a wonderful

bunch of Rabbit food eater's and I have to say...'I kind-a like them'.

Well, The darkness has a hunger that's Insatiable, and the lightness

has a call that's hard to hear...Closer to fine~Indigo Girls.
