Would this work with less powdered sugar? I have made other recipes

with a lot of powdered sugar like that and it was way to sweet for

me. I thought about trying it with less sugar, but wasn't sure if it

would still work or not. Judy

I use natural peanut butter (organic). It doesn't have added sugar.

They turn out fine.

I was thinking about making something sweet and chocolaty today.  I think I have

the ingredients for chocolate oatmeal no bake cookies, which also calls for

peanut butter.  I was going to try something different by adding coconut and

chocolate chips.

I just put a vegetarian meal up on the front page of my blog, lentil soup and

veggie burgers (picture).  If I make something that looks pretty, I tell my

husband to take a picture before he eats.
