Guest guest
Yes, it seems that if it is not _specifically_ a vegetarian restaurant the servers and management are likely to have a difficult time understanding. On the other hand if it is a vegetarian restaurant the servers and management will show sensitivity to understanding the patron's specific needs. The moral? Well, I guess, try to patronize veggie establishments! ) Elsewhere, look for salads and insist on learning from wait persons exactly what ingredients are in dishes, and send things back that are unsatisfactory. Best bet; fix your own meals and just have tea at places that can't/won't understand your desires if you absolutely have to go there.
