Guest guest Posted July 21, 2009 Report Share Posted July 21, 2009 Broccoli and Potatoes with Dill 2 medium red potatoes, cut in 1 " chunks 1/2 cup fresh dill sprigs 1/2 pound broccoli, about 1 1/4 cups 3 scallions, minced 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon fresh dill, minced black pepper Steam potatoes over boiling water containing the dill sprigs for about 5 min. Add broccoli and steam until vegetables are tender, about another 5 minutes. Place potatoes and broccoli in large bowl and add scallions, lemon juice, olive oil and pepper. Toss well.
