Tahini with molasses

Hello

 

I love to have a combination of equal amount(or according to taste) of tahini

with molases in the morning. A good combination of protein and calcium. They are

good for snack time too. Great for kids.

Could you elaborate on the molasses and tahini for me? I don't understand.

Hi Karo

 

Just mix about half a cup of tahini with an amount of molasses (according to

your own taste). It becomes like peanut butter. You can spread it or dip it.

Much clearer, and sounds so good.

I have a huge can of tahini that I use when I make hummas but have no idea

what else to do with it.

Hay this stuff isn't to bad, tastes kind of like peanut butter great on a

banana. Thinking of other things I can try it on. What do you call it?

Take a small bowl and mash the banana with a fork, add your tahini and molasses

and spread on toast or Ebglish muffin, top with some toasted hemp seeds, ground

flax seeds or toasted sesame seeds. Very good, even cinnamom and cardamom are

good toppers.

DH is allergic to peanut butter and this looks like a super duper alternative to

sunflower butter which is really expensive. Thanks for sharing this. I really

appreciate it.
