Guest guest Posted August 9, 2009 Report Share Posted August 9, 2009 Cauliflower a la Parmesan 1 whole cauliflower 2 tbsps. butter, melted 1/4 cup bread crumbs salt and freshly ground pepper to taste 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Boil or steam the cauliflower until tender. Drain and place on an oven-proof serving dish. Mix the melted butter, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper together and sprinkle over the cauliflower. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and heat under the broiler until the crumbs are lightly browned and the cheese is bubbling. Makes 4 servings.
