I drain green beans and toss into my salads. Creamed corn is great in a cornbread recipe, I like to slice canned potatoes and saute with onions and garlic for a fast side dish. It is, but I remember having it one way I liked it as a child: Drain it, then add it to a tablespoon or so of melted butter in a small saute pan. When it is almost boiling, slip in four raw eggs. Pop a lid on the pan, reduce the heat and cook until the eggs are poached to desired doneness. Serve on toast or English muffin, with or without a slice of cheese.
