Guest guest
Soy milk has fewer carbs, less sugar than skim dairy milk, and the amount of protein is about the same. I love chocolate soy milk, but... sugar! Audrey S. Guest guest
fter I became a vegetarian, even though I am not vegan, i just couldn't bring myself to drink a glass of milk. I love soy milk with cereal, or just to drink, and yes, with chocolate!! but my favorite just to drink is rice milk, rice dream brand, ahhhhhh, so good. I LOVE that rice taste! I tried to make my own rice milk, hoping it would be like rice dream, but it was more like rice nightmare, so I just buy it. ) hugs, Chanda
Guest guest
I am a milk lover too. I could polish off a gallon in 2 days flat. I would drink milk with my meals etc. But I soon realized the down side. Milk has a lot of calcium and an overdose of it can cause one to develop tendency to have calcium stones in the kidney. Since then I got more moderate in my milk habits. And have since started drinking a lot of water. Just thought I would share.
