No, I cannot claim originality for this idea, nor do i even remember what originally sparked the thought. Use a potatoe pealer to slice a cucumber length-wsie giving a number of long slices Place a few of things side-by-side, overlapping a little fill the bottom third with vegetables and fruit cut julienne, nuts, seeds.
