Guest guest Posted January 12, 2009 Report Share Posted January 12, 2009 hi Lydia...have you heard about enoki mushrooms?,they grow wild in the winter all over the world(enoki is japenese for snow mushroom),I find them all the time in the wild they have orange caps,they survive freezing,I found a large cluster a week ago on a stump,amazing isn't it? ps: email me if you want to know more,I am very experianced so I do NOT recommend for beginers as there is a deadly mushroom that looks similer.
