Guest guest Posted January 12, 2009 Report Share Posted January 12, 2009 I am new to the group as of tonight. I was a strict vegetarian for 25+ years, but fell off the wagon for a while. I am now back on about 85%. One of my favorite grains to use is kamut, but am having a hard time finding good recipes for it that utilize protein sources that will curb that urge for barbecued chicken. Any suggestions ??
