Garlicky Cranberry and Bread Stuffing

 

2 medium onions

6 cloves garlic

4 stalks celery

6 ounces margarine

1 cup dried cranberries

4 to 6 cups cubed bread

1 tbsp. poultry seasoning

salt and pepper to taste

Little broth to moisten if needed

 

Dice onions, garlic and celery. Saute in melted margarine. Add seasoning and

cranberries, sauté for another 5 minutes.

Pour mixture over cubed bread. Mix thoroughly, add broth if needed, let cool.

Stuffing is ready. Stick in a casserole dish, cover and bake on 350 for about 45

mins uncover and let it brown in the oven for 15 more mins.
