Guest guest Posted December 17, 2008 Report Share Posted December 17, 2008 Garlicky Cranberry and Bread Stuffing 2 medium onions 6 cloves garlic 4 stalks celery 6 ounces margarine 1 cup dried cranberries 4 to 6 cups cubed bread 1 tbsp. poultry seasoning salt and pepper to taste Little broth to moisten if needed Dice onions, garlic and celery. Saute in melted margarine. Add seasoning and cranberries, sauté for another 5 minutes. Pour mixture over cubed bread. Mix thoroughly, add broth if needed, let cool. Stuffing is ready. Stick in a casserole dish, cover and bake on 350 for about 45 mins uncover and let it brown in the oven for 15 more mins. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
