is your husband open to tofu, soy, beans?

I like to make 1-pot meals, so my husband learned to buy and prepare what he

wants or to like what I like.  He will tease me, and will leave raw chicken in

the fridge to gross me out (which it does!), but he will eat pretty much all

that I eat (except mushrooms).

Soy crumbles were the best assistant I could have found.  Put them in spaghetti

sauce to make " meat sauce " , top any pasta dish with it...

Good luck,

Cassie

Hi everyone,

I joined because I'd love to hear from people in mixed

vegetarian-non- vegetarian homes. Looking for some dinner advice!

We have tons of blended families in here.

It works just takes consideration on both sides.

my husband is very open to eating veggie dinners, but when he is not in the mood

I make a

veggie base of some sort-veggie chili, potato soup, pasta with pesto and

broccoli,... then he

can add ground meat, cooked chicken to his portion.
