Guest guest
Thanks Cassie, The nuts and berries are a good idea, I have also added lots of different pulses and spinach, but aduki beans are my absolute fav!! I am still working at present but part time and I myself have felt the pull of the day bed in the afternoon. Its amazing what 30 mins sleep can do for you to recharge that ailing battery. Many Thanks for your Ideas Regards Fitzy ________________________________ Cassie Dixon <roxy87cabriolet Thursday, 12 March, 2009 17:17:27 Re: Urgent: Does anyone have any energy packed food suggestions We eat raw nuts as a snack ALL THE TIME. My almost 3 year old LOVES cashews, and pecans and almonds are my fav. Congrats on your little bundle. I was teaching a very difficult class the year I got preggo, so I napped every afternoon. And that was not enough, as I gained 55 pounds, I was just exhausted from carrying around all that extra weight. Berries can give that burst of sugar. I am eating a LaraBar-CashewCooki e and it is very yummy. It has 6 grams of protein and 2 grams of Omega-6 fatty acids. Best of luck! --- On Thu, 3/12/09, fitzydread <fitzydread (AT) (DOT) co.uk> wrote: fitzydread <fitzydread (AT) (DOT) co.uk> [vegetarian_ group] Urgent: Does anyone have any energy packed food suggestions Thursday, March 12, 2009, 9:24 AM Hi there Group, Just wondering if anyone has any hints or tips for energy foods as i am in my 3rd trimester and have hit an energy plateau!
