Guest guest
Hi, I am new to the vegetarian diet. I am 60 and on a diet to lose weight. I have lost weight in the past only to have it comeback with interest. My new plan is to correct my eating habits while I diet. I am in a class at the local Adventist hospital to learn about changing eating habits and including them in my diet. I was hoping to find some (many) vegetarian recipes that come with commentary to help here. While the class provide me with knowledge of a balanced meal-plan. I have tried eating vegetarian before and failed because the restaurant served raw vegetable that only helped build jaw muscles. There were also recipe components that I had never heard of or knew where to find. I now have source for many of these exotic items. I am also hoping to find original vegetarian foods, so many are just modifications to meat dishes. I have invented a few of these myself.
