Guest guest
We eat raw nuts as a snack ALL THE TIME. My almost 3 year old LOVES cashews, and pecans and almonds are my fav. Congrats on your little bundle. I was teaching a very difficult class the year I got preggo, so I napped every afternoon. And that was not enough, as I gained 55 pounds, I was just exhausted from carrying around all that extra weight. Berries can give that burst of sugar. I am eating a LaraBar-CashewCookie and it is very yummy. It has 6 grams of protein and 2 grams of Omega-6 fatty acids. Best of luck! --- On Thu, 3/12/09, fitzydread <fitzydread wrote: fitzydread <fitzydread Urgent: Does anyone have any energy packed food suggestions Thursday, March 12, 2009, 9:24 AM Hi there Group, Just wondering if anyone has any hints or tips for energy foods as i am in my 3rd trimester and have hit an energy plateau! Guest guest
Call your Mom and your girlfriends for help, and get the baby's dad to pitch in too. Your body is telling you to rest and no matter what energy producing food you eat is going to change that. Slow down and get some rest! Tameson - who took 2 years to recover from the fatigue brought about by my last pregnancy. - " fitzydread " <fitzydread I am in my 3rd trimester and have hit an energy plateau! Guest guest
Goji. For Traditional dietary therapy, you could try eggs, sprouts, red grapes, walnuts, black sesame, black rice, black beans, black chicken, royal jelly. Raspberries and raspberry tea. - " fitzydread " <fitzydread Thursday, March 12, 2009 6:24 AM Urgent: Does anyone have any energy packed food suggestions > Hi there Group, > Just wondering if anyone has any hints or tips for energy foods as i am in > my 3rd trimester and have hit an energy plateau!
