Guest guest
Kidney beans sprouts should *NOT* be eaten but there is a long list of seeds that are easy to sprout and safe to eat. Most people only sprout Alfalfa,Radish and Mung Beans but you can sprout Soy Beans and many others. The list is quite long and you don't need a fancy sprouting container. Just a glass jar will work and a piece of cheese cloth to cover it. I like to have sprouts in the Winter months when I no longer have my fresh garden greens. NOTE: Remember to *never* sprout regular store bought seeds unless they are organic or labeled " safe for sprouting " .
