Here's a very simple and quick recipe for you: Unmeat Balls or Patties 1 cup seasoned stuffing mix 1/2 cup minced nuts of your choice 2 tablespoons diced onion 1 cup cottage cheese, small curd 3 eggs, beaten Mix eggs, cottage cheese, and onion together, then add stuffing mix and nuts. Let it stand about 5 minutes. Shape into balls and brown on medium low heat in nonstick skillet (I use cooking spray in pan). Use as you would meatballs in spaghetti.
