Green apple, ginger, lemon/lime with cayenne pepper (not pepper juice but a few

dashes to taste, although a wee bit of pepper juice might be interesting)-YUM!

Intense.

Tomatoe, celery, garlic, lemon, parsley, bell peppers, (and a bit of any other

raw green stuff we have)

New Juicer

My husband bought a Black and Decker juicer today. I made some juice

tonight with 4 organic carrots, an organic pear and an organic apple.

It was ok, but I won't put the pear in next time. I looked through the

files and found a couple of recipes for juicing. What is everyone's

favorite juice?

I saved the pulp and will make some muffins for the kids tomorrow with

it. Is that what other people do?

My favorite of all times is V-8 type vegetable juice. I think I still have

the recipe somewhere. It was with my VitaMix.
