Guest guest Posted January 4, 2009 Report Share Posted January 4, 2009 *Veggie Sandwich Spread* ** *1 package firm tofu* *1/2 cup soy mayonnaise* *1 green onion, diced* *1 green bell pepper,diced* *1 celery stalk, chopped* *1/4 cup sunflower or sesame seeds* *1 tablespoon soy sauce* *1 teaspoon curry powder* *1 teaspoon turmeric* *1 teaspoon garlic powder* ** *Crumble the tofu with a fork.
