It makes a lot, too. http://www.recipezaar.com/Wicked-Excellent-Granola-258512 15 cups old fahioned oats (the BIG container) 1/2 cup oat bran 1/2 cup wheat bran 1/2 cup wheat germ 1/2 cup ground flax seeds 1 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds 1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds 1 cup almonds (slices or slivers) 1 cup pecans, broken up 1/4 cup ground cinnamon 2 tablespoons nutmeg 1 cup canola oil 1/2 cup honey 1 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup vanilla 2 cups dried cherries 2 cups chopped crystallized ginger Directions Preheat oven to 300°F. Combine in a very large roasting pan the oats through nutmeg. Drizzle oil, honey, maple syrup & vanilla over all & stir well to combine. Bake for 1 - 1.5 hrs, stirring every 20 minutes until it looks dry-ish & toasty. When cooled, stir in fruit.
