Guest guest Posted January 29, 2009 Report Share Posted January 29, 2009 I got a little scoop of Kung Pao tofu at Whole Foods a couple of weeks ago, and it was wonderful! I kept meaning to ask you all, does anybody know how I could prepare tofu that way? I think part of the secret was that the tofu was in tiny pieces, I think too-big chunks was part of my problem when I've tried to prepare it at home before. Thanks! Audrey S.
