Favorite Appliances and Other Kitchen Gadgets

I love my Cuisinart Griddle (a gift), and my slow cooker during these hot summer

months and my stone ware for baking in the Winter.

My little cheapie coffee grinder is my best friend. It grinds my Flax Seeds,

coffe beans,herbs, & nuts to a powder if I want it to.

And I would be lost in the kitchen if I didn't have my wooden spoons, dippers,

forks and spatulas.

Oh another thing I like is my tamale steamer basket that I got at a garage sale

for a $1. It is stainless and I can not only steam tamales, corn but just about

anything else I can think of. I only have one skillet and it is an iron one that

I've had for years. I might make out a will just to make sure it gets to the

right person. LOL

Life is just way too much fun sometimes.
