Chili's black bean burger

I ordered Chili's black bean burger last night -- only ate half of it,

because it was huge. I had the other half for lunch today. It was great both

times So much better than Morningstar Farms', which I had thought was

pretty darn good. I'm inspired now to make my own black bean burgers,

mmmm...!

 

It's nice to find options like that in a chain restaurant, so I can go out

to eat with friends and family where they want to go, and not have to eat

another boring baked potato. Friday's is especially unfriendly to

vegetarians. At Applebee's, my main option is a salad without the chicken,

which is ok.

Hi, Audrey,

I have copied a black bean recipe from allrecipes.com that looks

fantastic. I have yet to try it. I love reading the reviews. One gal

said she owned a small cafe and had added these burgers to her menu with

great results from her customers.
